You can permanently delete your Soulful Streets account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app (recommended)
- Open the Soulful Streets app.
- Go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to admin@soulfulstreets.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and include your registered name, mobile number and email address so we can find your account.
What is deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Wallet balance, Soulful Points and Club progress
- Referral information
- Order history linked to your account
Deleting your account cannot be undone, and any wallet balance or points are lost.
What we keep
Some transaction records and invoices are kept where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting. They are not used for anything else.
How long it takes
Requests are normally completed within 7 working days. We'll confirm by email once it's done.
