Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fresh food is delivered across Gurugram (Gurgaon). Gifts, hampers and packaged treats are shipped across India.

1. Food delivery (Gurugram)

  • We deliver food within a set distance of our kitchen in Gurugram. The app checks your address and shows whether we deliver to you.
  • Food is prepared fresh after you order and delivered the same day. The estimated time is shown in the app when you order, and you can follow the order's status live.
  • Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Some Soulful Club tiers get free delivery above a minimum order value, as shown in the app.
  • Orders are taken during our working hours shown in the app.

2. Gifts and hampers (across India)

  • We ship to supported PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. Enter the delivery PIN code in the app to check availability.
  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised and build-your-own boxes may need a little longer.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Festive seasons can add a day or two, so please order early for occasions.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. When the order is dispatched you receive tracking details.
  • Some gifts can also be picked up from us, where shown in the app.

3. Receiving your order

  • Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number, for yourself or the gift recipient.
  • If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be charged, and perishable items may not be re-sent.
  • If a parcel looks damaged on arrival, please take photos before opening it and tell us within 48 hours (see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy).

4. Delays

Delivery and shipping times are estimates. Weather, traffic, courier delays, festivals and other events beyond our control can cause delays; we will keep you updated and help in every way we can.
